My name is Jeff, I am the owner and founder of Jungle Joes. After 23 years in corporate America, I needed a change. I am happy to say I now enjoy going to work. While out of the office, I enjoy golfing and traveling. I was born and raised in Portage, so we are truly a local family-owned business.

Operations Manager
My name is Rachel. I’m the operations manager at Jungle Joe's. I graduated from Northern Michigan University with an entrepreneurship degree. While I love what I do at Jungle Joe's, my favorite part is admiring our 17 ft tall giraffe Georgina on our Adventure Mini Golf Course. When I’m not at work, you can find me catching up on a variety of shows, hanging with friends, cooking, or playing with my two goldens Coco and Waffle.

My name is Amber, and I started working at Jungle Joe’s Family Fun Center a month after we opened the doors in 2007! I have had lots of titles under this roof but my favorite by far is being the Party Manager! Making sure that every child that comes here for their birthday has a one of a kind experience! I love playing softball and bowling during my free time! My absolute favorite thing to do though is spend time with my family!

Do you allow outside food and drinks?No. We have a Snack Shack with snacks and drinks available for sale and ask that you do not bring your own.

Is there a fee for using a credit card?Yes, a 3% credit card processing fee applies to all credit card transactions. This fee helps cover processing costs. We appreciate your understanding! However, we are not charging the 3% fee for parties.

What kind of refreshments do you have?Our Snack Shack offers chips, candy, pretzels with cheese, nachos, popcorn, and ice cream. We also have a vending machine stocked with soda, a slushie machine, and a drinking fountain.

Can I leave and come back later?No. If you leave for any reason, your time is up. We do not allow re-entry.

Are socks required? What if I forget them?Yes. Socks are required for everyone, even those not playing. Any clean pair will work, or you can purchase a pair at the front desk for $2 in a variety of sizes.

What age is considered a toddler?Anyone 23 months or younger.

Do adults need to pay for entry?Yes, adult admission is $5 per person, whether playing or supervising. Seating is available for parents who just want to watch.

How long can we play?You can stay as long as you like, but once you leave, your time is up. No re-entry is allowed.

When do you have open bounce?7 days a week during our normal business hours.

How much do arcade tokens cost?$0.25 per token.

Can I drop my child off?Children 17 years old and younger must have a parent or guardian present while they are bouncing. Our staff monitors all activities, but we do not provide drop-off childcare.

What is your cancellation policy?Party deposits are refundable if canceled more than 14 days before the scheduled party date. Deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of the party. However, we can help you reschedule.

How do I book a party?You can book a party by calling (269) 324-1992, visiting junglejoesffc.pcsparty.com, or stopping by any day of the week.

Can I bring my own decorations?Yes, but we do not allow decorations to be taped to the walls, piñatas, tablecloths, or silly string. If you're unsure, just ask!

Do you allow balloons?Yes, but balloon drops and balloon arches are not allowed. Any balloon deliveries will be turned away.

Can I bring snacks or food for my party?We do not allow outside food or drinks except for: Children with allergies (you may bring food for that child only). Birthday cakes (with advanced notice, we allow sheet or tiered cakes). No ice cream cakes, cupcakes, or cookie cakes.

What should I bring to the party?A camera to capture the fun! We provide everything else needed for your party.

How many people fit in a party room?Two of our rooms can hold up to 35 people. One of our rooms can hold up to 25 people.

Do I need to arrive early for my party?We recommend arriving 5-7 minutes early. Our team will have everything set up for you, so no need to come earlier.

What types of payment do you accept for final payment?We accept cash and card payments. Personal checks are not accepted. Please note: while a 3% credit card processing fee applies to all credit card transactions, we are not charging this fee for parties.

Enjoy tasty treats from our Snack Shack! We offer a variety of snacks and drinks for purchase, so we kindly ask that you leave outside food and beverages at home.
